Lifecasting or bodycasting is the art of taking molds directly from the human body. It is an ancient art form dating back to the time of the Egyptians.
Today lifecasting is used in Special Effects Makeup, Theatrical makeup, art and Prosthetic Medicine. We have been lifecasters for almost 20 years. We're now in Bend, Oregon and we'd like to meet you and your family.
The final sculptures are made of a hard gypsum stone that if cared for, will last for generations.
