Our Guarantee
LifeCasting isn't rocket science, but occasionally the mold or the casting doesn't come out as well as we'd hoped.
There are four basic types of problems that can occur:
1) If we make a mistake, we're happy to redo the job until we get it right. The client has the option to decline to redo the job and there is no fee.
2) Sometimes, the client fails to follow our instructions and ruins the mold. Certain finger positions cannot be poured successfully and sometimes children continue to move their fingers during the molding process. Either of these will result in an unacceptable result. If the client makes a mistake, we are happy to redo the molding process once. If the same problem occurs the second time, we reserve the right to decline to do it again.
3) Sometimes, the client just doesn't like the look of the sculpture despite its technical acceptability. If you just don't like your sculpture, we consider that half of our fee is earned. If you choose not to redo the job, we ask that you pay half the fee. If you choose to allow us to redo the job, we will redo it for half th fee, but the first half the fee is payable before we begin the second go. You end up paying the full fee, but we end up doing the job twice.
4) Very occasionally, we have found that unforeseen technical difficulties with a particular job make it beyond our skills to produce. In this case, we have the right to apologize and decline to redo the job.
